Cynergy Composites
Inc.,
first established in 1999, is the dream of company president
Tim Hodgins. A lifelong obsession with the racing industry, Tim
left a formidable position in Oil sales to pursuer his dreams
of owing a company related to the racing industry. Learning from
Composite Guru, Joe Van Overbeek, and Tim spent thousands of
hours learning the difficult and always temperamental craft.
CC has fast become one of the most dynamic new companies for
specialized light weight drag racing components.
With CC primary focus on the drag racing industry they have developed
an impressive line of carbon fiber and composite products, all
of which are manufactured under the careful eye of Tim himself.
The company had some of the lightest and most structurally sound
parts on the performance market, including wheel tubs, wing assemblies
and carbon fiber panels. Tim is quickly being known for the surprising
quality and attention to detail for his parts - Chassis shops
love that there is almost no prep time other than scuffing to
ready the shell for painting.
CC supplies parts
to many of the leading chassis manufactures including Jerry
Haas, Tim McAmis, G-Force Race cars, Tommy Mauney and Skinny
Kid Race Cars. They also manufacture parts for Super Stock racing,
supplying components to builders like MPR race cars, Phil Mandella
Race Cars.
Becoming
a major part of CC is the custom market. Customers world wide
are enquiring about the possibilities of carbon fiber products.
CC is currently working on an alternative fuels vehicle for the
University of Waterloo for competition purposes. Ontario's
Lowdown Hotrods and Ray Barton with George Bryce for the Cuda
and Dart show car parts. All CC products are well known for their
high levels of precision and ease of installation.
The company has five
employees and operates from a modern 4000 square foot facility
located in southwestern Ontario. CC is in the process of
establishing a Michigan based warehouse to better support its
American customers. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8.30to
5.00
